OCR: The Commodore Amiga: Opinions of it's User Base by Phil Dietz This project was created to identify the diverse opinions of the Amiga computer user base -- both foreign and domestic. Specific points the project attempts to validate: - the Amiga user base is not centered around the U.S but world wide. - a lack of support for large customer bases around the world - define regions where software will sell better - the fluctuating approval rate of Commodore for it's lack of Marketing skills - define areas of user-only bases and areas of expert bases The data for the project was obtained from a world-wide survey I issued on USENET (a global mail system). The data was then grouped by country and the mean and standard deviation of the data were computed. Classes were then set-up to generate 3 and 5 class chloropleth maps. Due to the large nature of the data, the information for each map will be presented in a seperate booklet.
